In order to support its strong and dynamic agency growth both in China and at an international level, Sina Retail & Image is currently recruiting a new passionate Creative Director to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate has references in artistic design, and creativity in the retail design field.
The Creative Director's main mission will be to lead and support a creative team on global design projects and help define and find the most appropriate design strategies for Sina Retail's customers.
Responsibilities
Motivate and develop constant Innovative Creative projects
Manage the creative team (recruitment, skills, methodology, etc.)
Understand customer’s strategies, brand positioning and manage budgets
Define customer’s concept direction and creative briefs
Guarantee creative concepts
Manage the team’s schedule and respect of projects retro planning
Be the ambassador of the agency's design and creativity with customers
Requirements
Have an international and open-minded attitude to new ideas, culture
Have a proven track record of past implemented creations, and in particular in the design of retail spaces
Have the ability to ensure brand consistency from visual Identity creation, packaging to web and store design
Have an excellent relationship with your customers and be known for bringing creative and innovative energy to your teams
