To provide receptionist services in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Achievement of the professional performance and service level.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for screening all the incoming phone calls in a polite manner with standard greetings and transferring to the concerned parties, take messages if needed;
- Greet visitors, do registrations and guide them to the appropriate staff;
- Ensure all the incoming / outgoing expresses & mails are well received, distributed and recorded as the company standard required; Update employee namelist timely.
- Responsible for business cards purchase management;
- Maintain the office facilities, such as: printers, fax machine, card printer, scanner.
- Responsible for related vendors monthly payments;
- Manage Lost and Found, Maintain the First Aid box and keep track of medicine distribution;
- Back-up team other positions as needed.
Others:
- Assist in the preparation of Weekly Report and Team Monthly Report;
- Participate in company-wide projects including: office security, risk management and business continuity;
- Other potential ad-hoc works assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
Education and Experiences:
College above education background;
Minimal 1 year experience in reception and back office
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English is a must;
Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office;
Requirements:
Female with good personality, accept for working time shift: 08:30-17:30 & 09:00-18:00.
Professional customer service and interpersonal skills;
Excellent people skills, identify and resolve problems quickly and systematically;
