Job Description

HLD Events is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join its Shanghai team.
Responsibilities

Actively participate in internal brainstorming
Assisting the creative and project teams in the pitch phase
Selection of AVL and other relevant suppliers
Preparation of AVL plans&layouts
Monitoring of production budgets
Production quality assurance
On-site production coordination
Show calling
Requirements

Proficiency in English and Chinese
Previous strong experience and track record with other event agencies in China
Knowledge of equipment, materials and constructions techniques
Outstanding organization skills and time management
Detailed and attentive
Proficiency with AUTOCAD, Office or iWork packages
Network of partners and supplier in Shanghai as well as other cities in China
Previous theater experience is a plus
And very important: a cool person to have around in the office
