The company is looking for a full-time, motivated Junior Graphic Designer who can handle and is interested in learning a variety of tasks including packaging design, branding, advertisement design, and web design.

Responsibilities
Work with the design and marketing teams to create advertisements to be printed as posters, brochures and promotional materials, for example in-store branding of POP materials
Involvement in all stages of design from concept to production
Production of inspiring design solutions that maintain, enhance and communicate brand objectives
Ensuring visual identity is consistent across all visual branding and communications
Management of personal workflow and project deadlines
Requirements
Bachelors (or equivalent) in a design-related subject is preferred
Expert knowledge in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, 3D Software etc)
Experience in overlooking material printing and production process; knowledge on product printing
Graphic Design with an experience of at least 1-2 years and projects done for Visual Identity or Packaging Design
Open-minded with the desire to learn and grow with a good attitude
Passionate about design and brands
Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of peers
Strong knowledge of graphic design tools
Creative mindset and great design sense
Proficient in English & Mandarin (all company communication conducted in English); knowledge of Italian is a plus
