Marketing Assistant / Social Media Coordinator
The MA assists the company in all facets of communication using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases. The MA assists the Director in developing brand generation and product awareness via internet.
The MA implements strategies with the use of online media; and optimizes various website content to enable visibility.
The MA is responsible for creating and distributing regular e-newsletter. They should also collect email addresses using a wide variety of means.
The MA must plan and implement different social media forms so as to help promote recognition of the brand and in order to attract traffic to the company website and micro sites. The MA will supervise the platforms for social media and develop regular updates on followers, fans and site visitors.
The MA monitors and tracks website traffic and develops and optimizes various campaigns based on the best-performing strategies.
Other Duties:
The MA will assist the Director carry out specific projects and research in mandarin.
Task may include:
-travelling with the director to provide general assistance;
-carrying out background research and presenting findings;
-producing documents, reports and presentations;
-liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the Director.
Key competencies:
-Great command of Microsoft Office & internet applications
-Great communication skills in both written and verbal
-Multitasking and problem solving skills
-Ability to work independently
Requirements:
-University degree
-3 years experience
-Understanding of marketing and social media
*Basic knowledge of designing tools preferred
*Basic knowledge of html coding preferred
