POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Provide assistant to designated Registration Consultant to ensure smooth process on assigned cases.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist registration consultant throughout the registration process for each projects in the following areas:
- Reply to pre-contract signing inquires.
- Translation of registrationdocuments
- Prepare client contracts.
- Gather required documents and samples in order to start each projects.
- Prepare samples.
- Keep track of each projects timelines to make sure on time delivery of results.
- Proactively check in order to stay up to date and understand CFDA Registration Policy and other regulatory compliance.
- Other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor Degree or above in relevant areas of studies.
2. Excellent service sense and mind with solution driven attitude.
3. Good people skills in keeping good relationships with different ethnic backgrounds and personalities.
4. Strong communication in both oral and verbal areas.
5. Proficiency in English writing is a must, a third language is a plus.
6. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office softwares.

- Compensation package discussed at interview. 3 moths probation.
