Job Description:

1. Provide the highest level of service excellence to relocate executives and their families
2. Assist executives and families to understand the process and available resources when moving to Shanghai
3. Represent general brokerage and corporate tenants in home search and negotiations
4. Build and maintain relationships with landlords to facilitate effective negotiations
5. Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
6. Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales
