Au Pair Shanghai is an agency, located in Shanghai, specialized in au pair and demi pair programs all over China. We are aiming to create opportunities for young people to travel and to learn about different countries in order to understand the people, culture, history of these countries as well as to improve their language proficiency.
Since our establishment in 2009, we have successfully matched more than 500 au pairs with families and our programs earned a very good reputation in China for providing a good service. We are also members of international associations IAPA and WYSE.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a young, creative, talkative and motivated person who finds this part of business interesting and would like to become a member of our team.
What are our requirements?
1. Bachelor degree and above in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration
2. Good level of English and Spanish
3. Ability to speak Chinese just plus for you :)
4. Knowledge of social media marketing
5. Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Powerpoint
6. Excellent communication skills and ability solve the problems independently
7. Team spirit
What will be your responsibilities?
- following up and support current partners in specific region
- searching for new potential partners
- editing the promotional materials, updating latest news in our social media platforms
- interviewing candidates (future au pairs)
- bringing up new ideas for marketing strategy
- other temporary tasks from the operations manager
