The Langone Group is seeking an Interior Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual that wants to be part of a small but growing team because he or she can make big contributions throughout the entire development process.
Responsibilities
Experience in Commercial, Retail and Lifestyle Projects
Expertise in the development of construction drawings, working drawings, and building codes in China
Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package
Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager
Requirements
2-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture
Understanding of Construction Drawing
Good working attitude with motivation to learn and develop
Software skills to include AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up as knowledge is a plus
Understanding of latest local codes and regulations
International experience is preferred (but not required)
Must be fluent in Chinese and English
