Will be reporting to the owner
Leading a team of 50 to 60 service staff including 3 assistant managers, 4 supervisors & a bar manager.
Experience with large F&B outlet operations (average daily covers exceeds 300 to 800 on busy days)
Candidate should have 3 to 5 years strong management and training program experience, great guest communications & leadership skills
Strong hands on approach and be fluent in English and good Chinese.
This position is open for non PRC nationals.
Salary
Salary package RMB 25,000 - RMB 35,000 Gross/month. Company will provide Health insurance & Visa. Negotiable for the right candidate.
Requirements
2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong affinity with mid upper dining venues.
F&B knowledge
Someone already in China/Shanghai area preferred.
