Shanghai Ceres is a fast growing property management company dealing with the best locations and clients Shanghai has to offer. Our apartments are to be found at Central Resince, The summit, Joffrey Garden etc. We have been proving top managers of H&M, Apple, Loreal and other big brands' employees with a home here, in Shanghai.
Lions share of our customers are English and Japanese speakers, we are currently looking for a person to handle our English speaking tenants. As part of a team you would have to handle all apartment related issues. So we need you to be:
-Extremely polite and patient;
-Hard working and diligent;
-English and Chinese are must be spoken at least at intermediate level(NO EXCEPTIONS)
Your main responsibilities are:
-Conduct move in and out procedure;
-Arrange handyman, builders, cleaners etc according to customers' requirements;
- Follow up with cutomers, real estate agents and contractors;
-handle all apartment related issues;
We provide training and good payment. 3 months probation period is required. Chinese and foreigners both are welcome to apply(visa sponsorship is avaliable). Intenships would be considered as well.
