Bestway International is seeking a Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join its team in Shanghai.

Designing and marketing Bestway products around the world, and for some of the world’s most recognizable brands such as Disney, Marvel and Coleman, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing market-leading graphics for products, catalogues, packaging and advertising.
Responsibilities
Interpret field research to gain an understanding of target user/consumer lifestyles and address consumer needs and preferences; leverage existing solutions and available technologies to achieve your goals
Work on multiple design briefs to create inventive, demographically targeted graphics, illustrations and package designs from initial through to final design concepts
Consider project objectives and technical production requirements in order to meet deadlines
Work with engineers on sampling and product development to ensure your creative vision is realized
Collaborate with Shanghai, European and US marketing and sales teams
Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
