Sina Retail & Image, an international creative agency based in Shanghai, Singapore, Milan and Guangzhou, currently has a cosmetic counter design group searching for a Creative Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Sina offers its clients a deep and comprehensive expertise in International and Chinese markets, matching a unique creative skill with the detailed knowledge of retail distribution’s standards and constraints and with a strong technical know-how in fixture manufacturing, quality standard and roll-out operations.

Responsibilities
Based on the specific project's requirements, creation of mood boards and concept boards to inspire and guide the creative development of the whole design team
Finalization of the presentation of all creative proposals by adding a title and a "story" (such as key words; reference pictures; text, etc.) to each of them
Presentation of mood boards and concept boards to be submitted to new / potential clients
Development of creative proposals in 3D rendering for specific projects under the direction of the agency's creative director
Requirements
Creative talent, fantasy and ambition, yet readiness to learn and share
Strong communication skill, coordination ability, sense of responsibility and suitable for team work
Proficient in 3DsMAX, Photoshop, etc.
Able to create layout design according to creative concept, design guideline and site information
Not limited to men and women, cosmetics industry design work experience is preferred
