Due to the recent restructuring, as well as rapid expansion, our wooden furniture factory is looking for a production manager.
Shanghai Chensen Wood Co., Ltd is a furniture factory operating since 1953. At the beginning, when it was a state-owned enterprise, it’s brand Dunhuang was repeatedly rated as Shanghai Famous Brand. In the 1970s, it supplied high-standard hotel furniture for many five-star hotels in Shanghai. Since 2012 Shanghai Chensen Wood is owned by Scandinavian investors and it’s going through a deep restructuring process. We aim to reach the highest quality and standards with respect to traditional values and qualities.

has deep knowledge and experience in working with wood
has strong leader skills and has highly organized character
is fluent in English and Chinese
has understanding of Chinese culture and knowledge of western quality
is a perfectionist
has team building and motivating skills
knowledge of furniture market will be additional advantage
