Job Description

Octopus Innovation is seeking an experienced freelance developer to assist its team in various interactive projects, ranging from responsive HTML5 websites to more complex mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5 and Javascript. He/she must be able to build, maintain, and customize responsive web sites, both those built from scratch as well as Wordpress responsive themes. He/she must be able to create WP child themes and customize Wordpress sites.

As a freelance developer, you will be working on a per project basis at your hourly rate. You will be expected to estimate your work, attend planning meetings with clients and project managers, and work in collaboration with Octopus Innovation's designers.
Requirements

Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
MUST HAVE experience with Wordpress
MUST HAVE experiences with e-commerce tool kit such as WooCommerce
Experience with PHP, HTML5, Javascript
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus
English or Chinese speaker
