Job Description

A small international design office with an amazing portfolio in high-end hospitality sector is now looking to take on a Senior Designer to join them in Shanghai.

This person will be leading the conceptual design of 5 star hotels/FF&B projects and make sure the ideas will be well-executed to schematic and detail designs. He/she will be representing the office in front of the clients and deliver the design presentations.

Other responsibilities also including coordinating with the project manager and other design consultancies including the FF&E designer; reviewing all the final drawing packages and presentation documentations, etc.

Successful candidate will be working on top quality projects where she/he can contribute her/his design talents.
Requirements

12-15 years working experience in interior design
Experience in high end hospitality(hotel) designs and project running will be an advantage
Strong design skills is required, especially in concept and schematic stages
International background and oversea working experience is a plus
Comfortable to take occasional business trips
MUST speak fluent English and have great communication skills
Has experience leading a small team and can also contribute as a team player
Confident, proactive and well-presented
