Intimina is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its office in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all digital and social activities that drive user acquisition and revenue growth, including: SEO/SEM, website analytics, A/B & MVT testing, referral marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, social and viral marketing and etc.
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of brand sites and internal bug fixes as required
Manage all growth hacking and digital experiments to formulate and test growth and user acquisition hypotheses
Optimize every step of the online customer journey from awareness to purchase
Work with the Brand, Marketing, Sales, IT teams as well as 3rd party platforms to devise and run A/B and usability tests across the website, eCRM campaigns, advertising and marketing campaigns
Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, experimentation and testing
Be part of the Global Marketing team that develops messaging and creative that resonates with target customer audience
A habitual experimenter who likes to try out various ways to improve funnel metrics while using data to understand what is, or isn't working and why
Regular communication with the Brand Manager, IT Manager, developers, marketing specialists, creative and PR/Communications teams will be required
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Thorough knowledge/understanding of various digital medium and production processes
Experience with large website builds and/or eCommerce sites
Experience with project management platforms such as Trello and BaseCamp a plus
Enough technical background in PHP, Drupal, WordPress, HTML, JS to be able to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines properly and communicate with team members
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong communication skills and comfortable in stakeholder management
Organizational/time management skills
Technical background in computer science preferred
Fluent English a must
