- Training and developing restaurant staff to deliver consistently outstanding service to customers, recruiting the best candidates available.
- Maintaining and improving internal control standards for hygiene/cleanliness, food preparation/production and health/safety.
- Maintaining and improving internal food management standards to ensure customers enjoy the highest quality food available.
- Ensuring all branches comply with local PRC hygiene and labor regulations.
- Ensuring suppliers and products meet necessary internal and external control standards.
- Preparing yearly business budgets for restaurant branches and delivering on agreed business targets.
- Delivering timely and accurate weekly/monthly business reports to Management.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering first class service and superb food quality to customers.
- At least 5 years experience working in an international standard hospitality operation, 2 of which included managing multiple locations.
- A clear and proven dedication to customer service excellence.
- Excellent people skills with an ability to create strong, motivated, and cohesive teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and an unwavering ability to uphold standards across a hospitality operation.
- Excellent human resources skills - recruitment, coaching, training and development, team building and motivation.
- A firm understanding of PRC hygiene and labor regulations.
- Great time management and organization skills, good administration and IT skills.
