We have 3 registered schools in HK and 1 in Shanghai. We provide English language lessons to children between 3 to 18 years old. Lessons include conversational lessons, creative writing, critical thinking and university preparatory courses such as SAT and TOEFL.
We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Shanghai operation. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
1 Lead and manage our team of local staff and native English teachers
2 Lead the team in setting business goals and meeting business objectives
3 Work closely with the team to ensure effective teaching and monitor students' progress
4 Oversee the daily operation of the school within the centre and at our partners' premises to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements
1 University graduate or above
2 At least 6 years working experience, training and sales experience preferred
3 Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
4 Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
5 Able to multi-task & work under pressure
6 Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
7 Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
8 Fluent in English and Putonghua
9 Willing to work on Saturdays / Sundays
