For its Shanghai office, VELVET is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager.
This person will be in charge of online marketing strategy and operations (Search, Display, RTB, Affiliation) for the company's clients (covering specific industries such as fashion, cosmetics, F&B and high-end retail).
Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with VELVET teams to formulate adequate and hands-on business proposals.
Experience required: Mid-senior level

Responsibilities
Setup and manage performance marketing campaigns on various platforms (Baidu, Qihoo 360, Google, Sogou)
Performance analysis and optimization
In-depth competitor analysis and industry research
Client website analysis
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting customized to client’s need
Day-to-day client management
Provide cross channels performance marketing strategies (search, display, RTB, remarketing, affiliation, SEO)
Requirements
Chinese native with excellent Mandarin copywriting skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in managing and operating SEM, Display, Affiliation, RTB and SEO campaigns on various platforms such as Baidu, Qihoo 360, Google, Sogou
Strong knowledge of web analytics solutions – at least one (Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Omniture)
Excellent Excel skills (pivot table, vlookup, charts, etc)
Understanding of business related KPI including sales, ROI, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
2-3 years experience in performance marketing
Bachelor Degree
Background from top consulting company or search marketing agency
International experience is a plus
