Requirements
1-3 years of experience designing visual user interfaces or GUI, web pages, web graphics, and online marketing creative
Experience with/enjoys working in teams
Excellent typography and layout skills
Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills (knowledge of best practices, including the use of smart objects, placed files, symbols, adjustment layers and layer styles)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Adobe inDesign skills
Ability to self-manage and deliver products on an aggressive schedule
Self motivated learner, able to problem solve and tap appropriate resources when needed
Good interpersonal skills — ability to take constructive criticism — understand subjective nature of decision-making with internal customers
Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks based on impact and communicate issues/resolutions to supervisor
Ability to hand-code HTML/CSS a huge plus
