Creative Capital is seeking a self-motivated, brand-savvy Brand Strategist to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the agency's Creative Director to carry out marketing research, develop strategy, brand concept, brand story and various brand-experience-oriented event campaigns. Responsibilities
Participate in idea generation and concepting
Building brand story, moodboards, based on agreed marketing angles and strategies
Brainstorm with a team of creatives to contribute cutting-edge marketing angles
Able to communicate ideas within a design team
High copywriting skill (Chinese and English)
Requirements
Native Chinese speaker
At least 2 years experience in advertising/ marketing industry
Market-aware in not just one industry, but interested in learning it all
Interested in the mechanism between culture and business
High English ability (both written and oral)
Basic level of Adobe InDesign
Self-motivated, positive and creative
A good eye for aesthetics
Basic understanding about Chinese culture
Exposure to different culture is an advantage
Strong layout and design skills is a plus
