BYB Vision, a dynamic, widely experienced visual merchandising company, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Assist Creative Director with VM training projects
Courses development and instruction
Training materials preparation and editing
Training follow-up, analysis and assessment
Communicate with client and students as required
Manage VM projects for different brands independently or as assistant
VM Standards and Guidelines development
VM display props design
VM implementation and product merchandising
VM training plans
Clients’ internal team / store staff VM coaching
Manage, coordinate and supervise suppliers for sample and production to ensure on-time delivery and good quality
Support other colleagues to complete related tasks
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of VM working experience, experience in fashion retail industry is a plus
Strong visual and technical merchandising skills
Strong fashion interest and passion for retail, and continuously aware about fashion trends and brands
VM training and coaching skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skill and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good English and Chinese
