A fantastic opportunity for a Chinese National to work for an established multinational recruitment firm in Shanghai. You will be trained and work with an international team of experienced recruiters.
The ideal candidate would have previous sales experience and have worked previously in client facing roles.
We are looking for an outgoing and friendly person who enjoys sales, is hard working and results driven. You will be responsible for all candidate related parts of the recruitment sales cycle including, candidate sourcing, development, interviewing, presenting, offer management & negotiations.
You will be a very important person for the business and as the business grows, you will be rewarded and promoted accordingly.
We can only consider applicants who are fluent in both English and Mandarin.
