Details: We are looking for a young KPI-driven telephone sales person who can commit 2-3+ years to grow with our company, with excellent promotion prospects.
- We will provide coaching and mentoring based on KPI performance.
- This job is about making calls, thinking on your feet and dealing with rejection.
- You need to have a pleasantly persistent personality in order to succeed.
Work split:
- 60% Telephone sales, client meetings and sales cycle management.
- 30% Company relevant marketing and offline activities. Including events, general aid to management
- 10% Admin related tasks
Requirements:
- 1 year telephone sales experience within HR/Recruitment/Training industry.
- Sales orientated mentality, KPI focused
- Experience working within high pressure and international HR environment
- Preferably foreign educated, but no preference on education level or subject
Language:
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Persuasive communicator with internal and external customers
