Our client is one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world. They are keeping close relationships with the world's celebrities and popular singers.
Because of the strong business growth they are now looking for a qualified Engineer to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities:
In-house management and maintenance of all IT systems, accurate trouble-ticket creation and documentation, identifying hardware and software issues, and assisting in solving them with the company Corporate IT and local vendors
Creating and implementing a digital strategy for the company and our venues using mobile, digital marketing, and social media tools
Manage the company’s IT strategy against business requirements
Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic activities and promotions that extends our venue’s brand message across multiple platforms
Develop and implement data solutions to better market to our consumers
Maintain clear communication with the company Corporate IT to ensure the understanding and compliance with company standard practices
Work with Admin Director to manage implementation of the company Corporate IT standard practices, and manage and track all company IT assets
On site dedicated escalation for emergency or last minute technology related issues.
Troubleshoot wireless, LAN, and WAN issues under the company Network team supervision.
Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the IT business
Qualifications:
Relevant working experience on TCP/IP protocols, VIan switching, switchport activation, DNS and DHCP, standard desktop maintenance, and general hardware and software issues
Self-motivated and able to work independently and flexibly
High level of knowledge on both Windows and Apple systems and software, with a strong focus on Outlook and Microsoft 365 Exchange
Understanding of WiFi spectrums, channels and troubleshooting, and Cisco network devices
Analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills for interaction with internal and external staff
Fluently bilingual with clear and concise English
