Job Description

PLTFRM is currently seeking a Bilingual Business Developer to join its team in Shanghai.

Equipped with a laptop, a pen and paper, you will be moving through the office, scavenge the city, and from time to time even head of to far away lands of wonder meeting with new clients. Your little birds deliver news from all over the Globe to let you know what are the next Fortune 500 projects, and you will ensure that PLTFRM will be there to participate to the pitch.

You possess and share a strong understanding of client needs (and budget!) and see it as part of your objective to help fulfill their goals. You are always one step ahead of competition via vast knowledge on current and future trends. You execute tasks with the flair and professionalism needed, to push both the agencies and clients into the leading position.

Following up on project and client management, you produce your own framework that drive and keep creative people and processes on track. A framework that can be used across various platforms to support and strengthen innovation task development, setting free the team to focus fully on being silly creative’s.
Requirements

You have an impressive conceptual understanding and own the ability to support and execute creative development
You master multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout any project
You are confident in sharing and presenting ideas internally and externally
You are self-motivated and desire to execute every job to the highest standard
You know exactly how to merge your skills with the demands of a project, and how to inspire your colleagues to do the same
You know how to motivate the team when things are “for yesterday”
You are both the GOOD COP and BAD COP
You’ve won the "World's Best Colleague" award
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
