Job Description

AIM Architecture is currently seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities

Manage build process of design project on site
Produce and revise design in accordance to build changes
Participate in concept and design process to ensure technical feasibility
Requirements

Possess good knowledge of design process 

Possess good knowledge of material and construction costs 

Possess good basic knowledge of construction technicality and feasibility
Possess good design eyes and design ability to use adjust design thereby overcoming technical challenge during construction process 

Possess willingness to travel and be on site to manage project independently 

Possess good reporting and communication skills
