Repeatedly we have been named the “Best and Outstanding Malaysian restaurant” in many gourmet publication and awards. We have had also been the designated restaurant of 2008 Beijing Olympics.
We are now looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to work on new communication supports for the two outlets located in Shanghai.
Duties & responsabilities:
Administration
- To develop the guest database and ensure it is correctly used
- To assist in hosting regular meetings with departments and teams
Customer Service
- To ensure all team members deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
- To create both online and offline feedback collection systems
- To assist team members in handling guest inquiries or issues in a satisfactory way
Marketing
- To actively develop sales and marketing activities
- To develop and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives
Operational
- To support team members in running the restaurant service smoothly
- To develop and monitor all events related objectives, action plan and surpass forecasted
- To create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
- To assist in working closely with the Chef to provide suggestions from guests
Team
- To assist in recruitment of new team members according to administrative philosophies, financial and operational expectations
- To assist in delegating roles, objectives and incentives to the team members
Profile:
Leadership, Dynamism & capacity to work in a multicultural environment
Language: English (Mandarin is a plus)
