Job Description

Second Spectrum is currently seeking a Motion Designer/Animator to work in its Shanghai office with the creative team on developing broadcast quality video content for professional sports teams and media outlets. This position will require the Motion Designer/Animator to work closely with the creative team in Los Angeles to produce world class creative that communicates the intricacies of sports to the common fan.
Responsibilities

Precisely rotoscope and motion track footage for broadcast
Composite footage for broadcast
Work with the U.S. creative team on designing/animating assets
Communicate with the U.S. creative team on projects
Have a high degree of attention to detail
Work under tight deadlines
Adhere to the Second Spectrum brand
Manage graphic assets

Requirements

3 years of experience of compositing, rotoscoping or other related discipline with ad agencies, post-houses, broadcast, or multimedia/interactive companies
Knowledge of and proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
Must submit an online portfolio/reel demonstrating experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input
Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects on their own
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mocha, Cinema 4D, Nuke
