Job Description

Kalavinka Shanghai Office is currently looking for a Senior Media Manager to join its team.

To establish and maintain strong relationship with local and foreign media, develop and execute media plan in the performing arts field.

Responsibilities

Draft press release
Liaise with media to build clear and consistent communication message to improve the image of the company
Develop local media plan, brief and work with media agency for media plan within budget by rationalizing the media mix
Supervise media agency for the best execution of media buy and monitor KPI achievement
Support team to acquire the best advertising channels to support business
Explore new advertising channels with high ROI and remain premium brand positioning
Review with media agency on regular basis for competitive spending report & adjustment
Local creative asset development and adaptation depends on PR needs

Requirements

Education and Experience
Bachelor or master degree in news, communication and Chinese or related area
More than 4 years’ working experience in PR or media, performing arts industry experience preferred
Good Mkt knowledge
Strong contacts with local media in Shanghai and good in Beijing
Experienced in media planning
Key Competencies
Good command of office software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good copywriting kills in Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Chinese native speaker
Fluent in English
A third language preferred
Highly organized
Team-leadership
Decision-making
