It allows our clients to choose from fixed packages to tailored packages, either in-situ or in the UK. It means we offer a “Total Learning Process”.
As it says in the title, we operate a commission based system. We pay commission on closed sales. We have over 50 courses to offer, and the commission rates run from 7.5% to 15% of the course value, depending on the type of course retained by the client.
The key objective is to guide the potential client through a series of mainly open questions to gather as much information as possible about their needs.
A proposal prepared jointly with UKTraLan head office is prepared and the consultant must present this to the customer.
The end objective is to give the right solution to the customer and get them to agree to that solution and choose UKTraLan as their education and training partner.
Responsibilities:
- To meet potential clients, assess their needs and through an honest consultative process, give them the correct solution.
- To introduce the possibilities offered by UKTraLan in to your territory.
- Success will be determined by your desire to use your initiative and procure business in every possible available avenue.
- Key potential clients will be found in companies, schools and universities. The process is mostly consultative and about meeting the customers’ needs.
- To develop long term relationships, continually be networking, always looking for new opportunities and closing the sale in a courteous and professional manner.
- To present yourself correctly, and professionally.
- To communicate your needs and progress on a regular basis with head office.
- To respond promptly to all requests and inquiries.
Candidate
Local Chinese or Expat.
English speaking / reading / writing to a high standard.
A background in education and professional training can be useful; however you will receive full training and preparation.
You will know how to present yourself in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
Strong communicative skills and a strong desire to be successful.
You should be driven by your ambition to succeed.
Honesty and transparency are traits we especially look for.
