Enjoy Shanghai is looking for a highly talented Chinese Client Services Manager to join our professional, closely knit team. The Client Services Manager has a central role in maintaining relationships with our venues and corporate and individual members as well as managing our VIP Membership program.
Responsibilities:
Manage client enquiries in an efficient manner and keep a record of all client communications.
Work closely with the Business Development and Editorial teams to ensure that all client needs are met including article and advertising requirements.
Organise VIP Membership program including updating member listings on the website.
Conduct training at venues to ensure they know how to properly redeem Enjoy offers.
Assist the Business Development team with proposal writing and general administration.
Assist the Editorial team with translation of content from English to Chinese if needed.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail.
Two to five years’ experience in business development or client management.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to talk professionally in front of clients as well as colleagues.
Experience using content management systems.
Native Chinese
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
A Bachelor degree (or higher) in business, commerce, sales or a related field.
