The right candidate will work in a team of 20, supporting their creation and distribution of branded video content across Asia Pacific.
Blue Hive needs someone versatile, always happy to jump on a new project and lend support, full of energy and ideas, who can also be counted on to balance a budget, schedule and host meetings, and chase up payments.
The work will be for a multinational blue-chip client working an AAAA agency. Opportunities to travel throughout Asia-Pacific on castings, location scouting and shoots.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Chinese
Project management - helping video editors deliver projects and meet deadlines
Attending meetings, taking notes and sending out emails with next steps
Communicating with clients in person and over email
Management of budgets for shoots and payments to vendors
Planning the logistics around video shoots, acting as a producer while on set
A passion for cars would be a huge bonus, as would any graphic design skills
