MAIN DUTIES
Sales support
Provide assistance in the development and implementation of the sales plans, programs and procedures for the achievement of organization goals.
Assist in writing, translating and editing proposals, contracts, sales plans along other sales & marketing documents
Coordinate with accounting firm for issuing fapiaos and tracking payment
Assist sales managers in sales meetings when required
Marketing
Assisting in writing, translating and editing sales and marketing materials, which includes articles, presentations, marketing plans, promotional plans, and newsletter.
Creating and enhancing weekly the campaign list/database of the company.
Assisting in event organization
Administrative
Providing administrative support to sales director. The support includes running errands, coordinating travel arranging, prepare appointments and agendas, translation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Very well organized and disciplined
Passion and knowledge of wine is a plus
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High level of spoken and written English is required
Chinese native speaker
