The Business Development department at RTG Consulting is the lifeline of the organization, identifying and driving new business to expand the firm’s portfolio. As a highly unique unit at the firm, the role works closely with the Founding Partners, to position RTG Consulting as an expert, business partner, and trusted counsel for new and potential clients. For the pro-active marketer, this role works passionately to establish leadership within the industry.

Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience with proven success in business development functions
Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build
Experienced in developing comprehensive strategy and programs
Well networked in the marketing and communications market, and the ability to build relationships with C-level management
Independent working and can demonstrate high-level thinking with excellent presentation skills
Ability to coordinate between internal and external departments
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, excellent English communication skills
Experience in luxury or premium sector preferred.
