Sourcing/Merchandiser
Job description :
Main (80% of work) :
- Sourcing the required products at the best quality/price ratio
- Orders management and follow up
- Quality control
- Evaluation and selection of a panel of suppliers focusing on a constant quality and schedule compliance
- Preparing quotations for sales
- Closing contracts/agreements with suppliers
- Samples request
- Avoid/solve potential problems deriving from products requirements or production issues
- Manage sample storage
Side (20% of work) :
- Support the marketing in proposing products novelties, create sales tools/presentations
- Participate in new website development (meetings ; products uploads etc...)
Requirements :
- Fluent english; French appreciated. Chinese basics communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Organization skills
- Problem solving skills
- Rigorous with attention to details
- Enthusiastic personality, fast learner, good communication skill ; hard worker with common sense and honesty
- Proficient in Office suite (Excel ; Word ; Powerpoint) and Internet tools
Salary :
5000 to 8000 RMB fixed salary + COMMISSIONS on order managed + VISA for foreigners
