Responsibilities
Overall management of big or small projects including design quality from design to finish, client satisfaction and project P&L
Represent the design quality and style of AIM
Requirements
College degree, a degree in architecture
7 years of architecture design experience; 3 of which as project architect (concept design, from basic design to detailed design, to construction plan)
Relevant design experience in both architectural and interior
Knowledge of construction process, construction technology and design specification
The use of design software: AUTO CAD/ 3D Sketch Up/Revit/ArchiCAD etc
Ability of present and report design ideas
Ability to manage team members and clients
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Positive, exuberant curiosity, passion for design
Have team spirit
