3. Have experience with one on one English teaching and teachers management
4. Good communication skills ，Pleasant and approachable personality,Responsible，Logical thinking and highly organized
5. Strong strain capacity, have the good ability to solve emergencies well .
6. Native English Speakers /the Chinese Americans, Singaporeans, Hong Kong citizens /Chinese with overseas studying backgrounds, having campus management experience (International schools or kindergartens working experience ) are preferred .
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for performing the company strategy of foreign teacher resources development. To develop foreign teacher resources and to manage company's foreign teacher resources.
2. Responsible for the management of the foreign staffs in all branches, care for foreign staff's sense of belonging, and to make sure the stability of the team .
3. According to the company's development planning, manage foreign teachers 'recruitment, make training plans and ensure good results of foreign teachers recruitment as well as follow up works.
4. Responsible for teaching managements , teaching training and help teachers to improve their teaching ability.
5. Responsible for teachers salary issues .supervise their working performance .
6. Classify foreign teachers resources , responsible for staff information management ,visa and other related works
