- Bachelor's Degree of any field
- Passion of being a successful headhunter
- Willingness for a long-term commitment
- More than 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting industry
- Professional working proficiency in English (Proficiency of Chinese would be a definite advantage)
- Confident, logical, and analytical personality
- Current domicile in/near OR able to relocate to Shanghai
