AIM Architecture is currently seeking a Architect / Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities

Produce architectural and interior design
Support design principals and project architects in project deliverables
Contribute to design concept and concept presentation
Requirements

College degree, a degree in architecture
4 years of architecture design experience (concept design, from basic design to detailed design, to construction plan)
Relevant design experience in both architectural and interior
Knowledge of construction process, construction technology and design specification
The use of design software: AUTO CAD/ 3D Sketch Up/Revit/ArchiCAD etc.
Ability of present and report design ideas
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Positive, exuberant curiosity, passion for design
