Job Description

S.POINT is looking for an experienced Director of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) to manage its growing design team. You should come with skills and experience in user experience research, interaction design and be able to lead projects successfully from beginning to end. The Director is an executive level user experience advocate who guides the creation of intentional experiences through conducting user experience innovation, strategy, research, testing and design for the clients.
Requirements

Expert-level competency in all aspects of User Experience Design
Experience designing app/web with a team, interfacing with front-end developers, back-end developers
Experience in building and managing creative teams
Deep knowledge and experience in a variety of interactive technologies, particularly mobile user experiences and responsive design
Capable presenter and clear communicator
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines
6+ years of experience in UX/UI field
Excellent understanding of UX design for mobile and responsive web, as well as technology trends
Excellent understanding of user experience and interaction design principles (information architecture design, flow mapping, interaction patterns, mental modelling, customer journey mapping, etc.)
Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to nurture and foster strong positive relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders
Lead and coach junior team members
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
