As a growing organization, KAE Collective is looking for a vibrant and self-motivated native English speaking Social Media Manager to develop and expand their clients’ social media presence.
The ideal candidate is someone who is open to learning new things, has a sharp eye for detail and is excellent at problem solving. Someone who thrives on using social media and who is creative and thoughtful when building relationships with online communities and individuals. Most importantly, this Social Media Manager is someone who wants to be part of an energetic, startup company and contribute to KAE's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow their clients’ social media presence
Create, schedule and post compelling, shareable visual and written content across social media platforms
Identify, contact and collaborate with influencers to develop brand campaigns
Monitor and interact with social media audiences to create active and engaged communities
Track, measure and analyze initiatives to generate reports on campaign success
Explore new, innovative ways to engage social networks
Communicate regularly with team members to ensure work is aligned and on track
Requirements
Background in marketing and communications
Hands-on familiarity with western social media platforms, previous experience managing social media accounts preferred
Excellent written communication and relationship building skills
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments while maintaining quality
Have an enthusiastic, fun, go-getter attitude and be resourceful and innovative
Can work independently, problem solve and be adaptable to changes
Strong visual content skills or Adobe suite, copy-writing experience are a plus
Native English is essential.
