TEAMS Design is looking for a passionate and talented Senior Interaction Designer to join its Shanghai studio in a full-time capacity.
The Senior Interaction Designer will carry out tasks independently throughout different phases of a project, covering a wide range of interaction design areas, such as web, embedded system HMI, mobile applications, mobile OS customization and desktop application. Chances to get bored is close to zero as long as he or she likes constant new challenges.
Responsibilities
Abstract feature requirements from briefing and input
Create information architecture
Create interaction concept
Create wireframes and screen-flow
Create exceptional visual design concepts
Create stunning UX prototypes in collaboration with developers or independently
Organize usability test
Present concepts verbally and visually
Requirements
Have profound knowledge and understanding on interaction design principles and have a solid skill set
3-5 years' experience in interaction design related field with an impressive portfolio
Degree in industrial design, graphic design, UX design, or other related areas
Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with experience-orientated design thinking, familiar with user centric design process
Having great sense of aesthetics in visual communication
Relentless attention to details and quality driven mindset
Excellent hand sketch skills for creating wireframes and visual design drafts
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
Proficient in at least one prototyping tools like Axure RP, Flash, Balsamic
Good people skills, collaborating with coworkers in a multi-culture environment, ready to share and contribute
Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English is required
Coding skills in any popular programming language is a plus.
