Branding agency Dragon Rouge is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Able to understand brand strategy including market and consumer insights
To transform this understanding into visionary big creative ideas and solve problems
Deliver high standards of quality design that exceed client expectations
Ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget
Support other departments in winning new business with both current and new clients
Requirements
3-7 years of experience, preferably in packaging design especially in FMCG
You are an original creative thinker who challenges the norm and the bland, and understands the need to work within a client’s brief, process and deadlines
Highly competent in using all design software applications with good execution skill, good drawing is a plus
Curious about the global packaging trend and branding business
With an international perspective and Local Chinese insights
You are a clear communicator and a good team player
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
