Zhejiang Circuit is looking for a Marketing and PR to join to its team in Shanghai.
An exciting new opportunity to be part of an international team delivering the most advanced motorsport destination in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of a broad range of marketing and PR functions across a range of facilities and services. Responsibilities
To run and maintain all media communications, including developing strategies for growth, monitoring of analytics, message planning and strategy for specific events
To develop, update and administer Zhejiang Circuit, including writing content, loading new images and building pages with SEO in mind
To liaise with departments to collate the member communications, to support the sales team with any ad hoc requests for marketing, mailshots, email campaigns and events, etc.
To assist the Event Executive with Z Club event delivery
To make sure all external websites have accurate and updated information
Meet with journalists when they visit Zhejiang Circuit - providing tours and historical information
To assist with all press enquiries via telephone and email
To draft, edit and send press releases as well as building and maintaining a relevant list of recipients for these
To assist with photography and video content requests
To administer charity and sponsorship requests
Monitor and maintain the brand guidelines for Zhejiang Circuit and Z Club and to ensure they are correctly implemented on site
Project business development with third party brands
Requirements
Previous office work in a marketing, PR or social media environment considered Beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to develop relationships and create strong partnerships with blue chip corporate clients
Ability to negotiate, close deals and influence key stakeholders and excellent presentation skills
Motorsport experience a benefit but not essential
Creativity qualifications
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite of programmes
Degree in related subject is desirable but not essential
Excellent level in CRM programmes
Internet literate, including knowledge of SEO and social networks
Basic knowledge of HTML a bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including pleasant telephone manner and strong grasp of style and grammar
Ability to produce innovative solutions to business issues.
