RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating, scheduling, and executing client projects and field operations
Managing vendors and staff to ensure flawless execution
Managing budgets and critical paths
Developing presentation decks
Translation support
Recapping projects and developing future action plans
Working with a dynamic team passionate for client relations
Assisting in project execution as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
You have prior experience in project management, digital production and/or client engagement
You have a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
You are extremely comfortable in Microsoft Office
You have prior experience in working with project management tools
You have prior experience in working with CRM
You are fluent in English and Chinese
You are passionate and enthusiastic about the entertainment industry
You have an opinion and push for change
You are extremely organized and results-oriented
You are a problem solver and have a strategic approach to all your goals
COMPENSATION
Based on experience. Bonus package included.
