iPai is seeking a CRM Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Scope of Position: Work on a collaborative marketing team of individual performers to optimize the experience of iPai's (VIP) customers during and after the offline and online auctions.
Responsibilities
Execute and contribute to the strategy to provide an excellent experience to iPai's (VIP) customers in order to make them come back to the online or offline auctions
Use every marketing at your disposal to reach customers and drive them back to iPai's auctions
Manage the loyalty program and customer service strategy in line with the company policies and strategies
Execute and contribute to CRM strategy
Execute and contribute to VIP strategy
Manage loyalty program
Manage Members-Get-Members program
Manage customer service and live chat
Reporting and KPI tracking
Customer Relationship Management: contribute to and execute the customer relationship strategy and communicate to the customers through different channels to build strong relationships with the (key) customers and drive them back to iPai's auctions
VIP strategy: contribute to and execute the strategy that recognizes and rewards their best customers via preferential treatment
Loyalty program: manage the loyalty program and continuously think of ways to optimize it
Members-Get-Members (MGM): manage and optimize the company's MGM to encourage our customers to bring their friends to the online and offline auctions
Customer service: respond to enquiries and complaints through different channels
Reporting: on a weekly and ad hoc basis to the Senior Marketing Manager
Other responsibilities consistent with the position and as needed in the company
Requirements
Mandarin: Native or Business Fluency
English: Business fluency
Passion for CRM and customer experience
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PPT
Proven communication skills, internally with the team as well as with customers
The candidate should be comfortable and good at building one-on-one relationships with the iPai's VIP customers
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights & strategiesCreative: - Highly self-motivated
Thinks out-of-the-box.
