Brandimage Shanghai is seeking a Senior Designer to join its team in Shanghai.

Brandimage is looking for the brightest local and foreign stars to join its team.
Reporting to the Design Director, you will work on multiple packaging and corporate design projects for key client accounts, ensuring that assigned deliverables are at the highest Creative design standards and are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
You aspire to the highest-possible quality standards in all Creative deliverables
You drive and contribute to the Creative deliverables through brainstorms, researching and creating concepts, sketches, and outstanding graphic design
You contribute to the preparation of client presentations and make clear and well-founded creative arguments in creative discussions
You are a team player, collaborating closely with colleagues across Account Management and Strategy to bring client requirements to life from brief through to final high-quality design presentations and into execution
You are able to draw inspiration from a wide range of sources
You proactively seek opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities
Requirements
4-8 years experience in packaging and/or branding design for global and local clients
Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational client and team environment
The drive to develop and grow your skills as well as the skills of your colleagues
A passion for all things creative
For Native Chinese: Good conversational English skills
For Non-Chinese: Experience working in China and ideally some Mandarin
College / Graduate degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or similar
Proven Packaging / Corporate Design experience in a Creative Design Agency
For Native Chinese: Good conversational English skills
For Non-Chinese: Experience working in China and ideally some Mandarin
Deep understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques, and processes
Quick, strong understanding of assigned clients’ brands, products, and services
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good software skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
Ability to work well in a team environment, to handle a heavy workload, to prioritize work, and to meet assigned deadlines.
