GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop property resources and customer networks
Being the main contact person for potential clients and arranging several suitable options for house viewings
Increase the number of our customers and set-up a network for business growth in the near future;
develop and maintain great relationships with existing clients and follow-up closely in order to ensure a good after sales service
Fulfill other ad hoc assignments
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
dynamic, flexible, proactive, problem solver and outgoing personality
Excellent English and colloquial Chinese
Excellent at listening to and understanding customer’s requirements; strength in business negotiations is required
attentive to customer satisfaction
Monthly base salary+commission
